Role Summary
We're seeking a professional to develop and drive Medair's global digital strategy, enhancing brand awareness and building an online community. The role involves managing digital presence across websites, social media, and advertising. Key responsibilities include email campaigns, acquiring supporters, and driving online donations.
Project Overview
Medair's Global Support Office (GSO) oversees operational guidance, fundraising, and recruitment for humanitarian programs worldwide. The Communication and Marketing team amplifies awareness of Medair's mission through digital platforms, media, and events. By engaging supporters, the team strengthens connections and fosters interest in Medair's humanitarian efforts, expanding our global impact.
Workplace & Conditions
Swiss or eligible EU citizens, or those with a valid work permit for Switzerland. This is a Global Support Office (GSO) based position in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
• Website Management: Plan, implement, and upgrade the organisation's website to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all online platforms.
• SEO and UX: Develop and implement SEO strategies, and continuously improve user experience assets in line with organisational goals.
• Digital Campaigns and Fundraising: Develop and manage digital marketing and fundraising strategies, including email marketing and paid media campaigns, to drive traffic and increase donations.
• Digital Content: Oversee the creation and optimisation of digital content, including social media posts and website updates. Manage and support junior digital marketing team members.
• Performance and Compliance: Track website performance using analytics tools, ensure compliance with laws, and manage online fundraising targets and ROI.
Qualifications, Experience & Technical Competencies
• Degree in Communication, Fundraising, Digital Marketing with related work experience
• Proficiency in Google analytics, SEO, Webflow Pardot and campaign monitor
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology including Salesforce and Pardot
• Hands-on experience with HTML, content management systems & online task management tools (Jira, Trello, Box, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge (written and oral) in English & French, German and/or Dutch an asset

• Flexible to adjust with internal and external changes, comfortable with dealing with different colleagues as projects require
