- Avoir de l'expérience dans les soins de santé primaires, la santé publique internationale, la médecine tropicale, la nutrition et la médecine communautaires et/ou l'éducation sanitaire.
- Avoir de l'expérience dans les soins de santé primaires, la santé publique internationale, la médecine tropicale, la nutrition et la médecine communautaires et/ou l'éducation sanitaire.

Protection and Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Project Manager

The Protection-MHPSS Project Manager develops, leads, monitors and evaluates the assigned MHPSS and Protection aspects of MHPSS and other projects in the North. This involves effectively managing and reporting on the projects in line with the objectives, timeframe and budget. Other important aspects of the role include managing and training staff to meet international quality standards in protection and mental health and psychosocial support delivery, encouraging beneficiary participation, liaising with other stakeholders and anticipating, planning, and contributing to report and proposal writing for integrated MHPSS components in overall programming with a special focus on Protection.
Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Manager

The MHPSS Manager supports, monitors and evaluates the execution of the assigned Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) and Protection project(s) conducted by Psychosocial Support Officers (PSSOs). This involves effectively managing and reporting on the projects in line with objectives, timeframe, and budget under the direct supervision of MHPSS Project Manager (PM). In close cooperation with the MHPSS PM, the MHPSS Manager will be managing and training local staff to meet international quality standards in mental health and psychosocial support delivery, encouraging beneficiary participation, liaising with other stakeholders, and anticipating, planning, and contributing to report and proposal writing for integrated MHPSS components in overall programming with a special focus on Protection.
Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Advisor

The MHPSS Advisor provides leadership and technical support to the Ukraine MHPSS and Protection teams to deliver quality integrated MHPSS services. Aspects of the role include training staff to meet international quality standards in mental health care, supporting effective monitoring and evaluation of MHPSS activities and contributing to the integration and development of MHPSS and protection components of the program.
Health Advisor

The Health Advisor provides technical advice and support to field management and the health staff, working as an important member of a diverse team who are committed to serve the world’s most vulnerable with practical and compassionate care. They develop, lead, monitor, and evaluate the health aspects of country programme. They also coordinate and network at a senior level with national and regional health authorities, actively participating in health sector coordination and supporting the development of quality standards and protocols to improve the overall response. The Health Advisor leads on all health elements of proposals and reports, development of strategy, providing capacity building for national and international staff, promoting best practice in the health programmes, and contributing to overall management of country programme.
Chef de projet Santé

Gérez le projet de santé conformément aux objectifs, au calendrier et au budget définis dans la proposition actuelle et respectez les normes de qualité de Medair et le BPHS. Veiller à ce que la participation des bénéficiaires soit renforcée à toutes les phases du projet. Gérer et former l'équipe de soins de santé primaires et le personnel de santé recruté localement. Anticiper, planifier et participer à l'élaboration de nouvelles propositions de projets de santé.
Chef de projet sur la santé mentale et le soutien psychosocial (MHPSS), Generic

Le responsable du MHPSS soutient, surveille et évalue l'exécution du ou des projets MHPSS et de protection assignés, menés par des agents de soutien psychosocial (PSSO). Cela implique de gérer et de rendre compte efficacement des projets conformément aux objectifs, au calendrier et au budget, sous la supervision directe du chef de projet (PM) du MHPSS. En étroite coopération avec le MHPSS PM, le responsable du MHPSS gérera et formera le personnel local afin de répondre aux normes de qualité en matière de santé mentale et de fourniture de soutien psychosocial, en encourageant la participation des bénéficiaires, en assurant la liaison avec les autres parties prenantes et en anticipant, planifiant et contribuant à la rédaction de rapports et de propositions pour les composants intégrés du MHPSS dans la programmation globale, avec un accent particulier sur la protection.
